Para Meraki LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any custom item.
No exceptions.
Each custom item is made by hand for the specific dog or human who it is intended for, as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an item is made it cannot be undone to correct sizing errors. This is a micro business, I am only one person and this is my full-time employment. I cannot afford to pay for other’s carelessness or inaccuracies, I have to do what I can to protect the profitability of Para Meraki. If you have questions about our items or sizing before placing an order, please feel free to contact me.

I am only able to create a certain amount of custom collars.

Custom paracord collar availability is limited monthly.

Orders for custom collars – including Fi compatible collars – are open
from the first Tuesday of each month through the third Saturday.
(I know that’s kind of confusing) -OR- until order spaces are full.

All other paracord items, as well as our full line of biothane products, have open availability. Meaning — they can be purchased at any time.

Shipping rates are auto calculated by the carriers according to destination address and item weight.

Yes! International shipping is available through our cart checkout process. If you have any issues during checkout please contact me.

You will receive an automatically generated email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Orders ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Custom paracord collars and leashes require 3-4 weeks to process. All other items will ship in 4-6 business days.

· Accurate measurements are vitally important - Para Meraki will not accept any returns or exchanges if you measure incorrectly. Para Meraki guarantees every custom collar will be within ¼ inch (½ cm) of the size requested in the order form.

As a micro business, I have a strong stance against coupon codes. My prices are what they need to be in order to make this business a viable source of income for my family and no more. I do not overprice and therefore cannot afford to offer sales or coupon codes.

Paracord – short for parachute cord – is a lightweight, durable nylon rope originally developed for use in the suspension lines of military parachutes during World War II. It features a strong nylon core surrounded by a braided sheath made of 32 interwoven strands. This design gives paracord high tensile strength and resistance to moisture and UV damage.

The most common type, Type III paracord, is often called 550 cord due to its minimum breaking strength of 550 pounds-force (2,400 N).

Para Meraki products are made with 550lb type III paracord. Known for its remarkable strength and durability, paracord is widely regarded as the most versatile and secure rope on the market. It has an enormous variety of uses and quite shocking applications for emergency/survival situations. I highly encourage you to look it up and read more about it! Collar widths, as seen in the listing details, refer to the side-to-side measurement of the collar. For example, the 002 weave is 1.25” wide. Our weaves also have a variety of “thicknesses” as well. For example, the 008 weave is significantly thicker and more rigid, whereas the 004 is thinner and more flexible.
