From the moment it was taken out of the package it felt and looked better than any other pet product we've ever bought (and that says a lot!) The craftsmanship, quality of materials and attention to detail are exceptional. You can tell this isn't just another pet brand that makes generic products. They passionate about their craft and delivering a top tier product for the customers and their pets that will last a lifetime! We especially loved the customizable options and various color schemes available to be able to design a collar that would be unique to Jackson; and it looks AWESOME!
