Measuring:

Buckles:
Cobra - Lightweight and military-grade strength. Weighing a mere 18g (.5oz) with 600lb working capacity. 

Black Hardware:
As with all black coated metal, it will wear down or chip over time. We work hard to choose high quality hardware but we cannot guarantee the lifespan of black coatings. This applies to the tan cobra buckles as well.

Biothane:
Para Meraki uses standard weight BioThane Beta which offers 1,000lb break limit per inch of width. 
   …1" strap has a 1,000lb break strength and a 1/2" strap has 500 lb break strength, etc.
